To achieve a totally integrated design, Climax offer the option of aluminium doors to match the design and colour of our aluminium window range. These doors offer a high degree of solidity whist maintaining strength and relative lightness and are available with high security locks and additional hinge fixings if required.
Our aluminium door range includes:
- Single and double hinged doors for domestic and commercial applications
- Pivoting and swing doors for the commercial market
- Patio, tilt and slide, sliding-folding and multi-track sliding and sliding stacking doors for domestic, commercial new build, architectural and refurbishment markets
Alitherm doors
Alitherm doors have been designed to reduce heat loss by the use of a thermally broken aluminium frame with a polyamide bridge. The polyamide material has a very high resistance to heat transfer from the inner face of a frame (i.e. inside a room) to the external face of a frame (i.e. outside). The thermally broken frames provide homeowners with windows and doors that have distinct advantages.
High security glazing, locking mechanisms including security deadlock and hook bolts, dual colour options, excellent weather performance (BS6375 Pt 1) are some of the many special features available with our aluminium doors.
Our doors are available either internally or externally beaded, open in or open out and have polyamide thermal breaks for high performance thermal efficiency.
Strength & Durability are provided by the use of Aluminium sections which gives structurally sound doors for your peace of mind.
Style & Beauty are evident features of the Alitherm doors. Slim sightlines, ovolo glazing beads and featured lines makes this system one of the most aesthetically pleasing in our product range. Additionally, end-users have a dual colour option which means having a choice of finishes and colours externally and internally.
