We fit Mustang® 125mm O.G. continuous pre-painted gutter systems. Available in Black/Brown/White/Grey and Cream.

Our entire Mustang® system has a complete British Board of Agrément Certificate No 91/2625 with independent test and assessment providing reassuring approval of durability and sustainability, as well as compliance with UK Building Regulations and Codes of Practice.

This gutter system is roll-formed on site to form a tailor made robust seamless gutter from 0.9mm thick aluminium. The aluminium is pre coated both sides with a tough durable and long lasting paint finish. It’s produced on site to the precise dimensions of the building, which reduces joints to a minimum. The lengths are secured and supported with extruded mill finish aluminium fixing support brackets (.16mm wide x 2.5mm thick at 450mm centers).

Corners

Stop Ends and Straight Connectors, are formed using Mustang® Polycarbonate fittings sealed with ‘Mustseal’ silicone sealant.

The gutters are fixed to the fascias using M4 x 40mm Stainless steel countersunk screws. Leaf Traps are fitted as standard to all outlets.

The Mustang® aluminium guttering system has proven its guaranteed longevity. It is the only seamless aluminium gutter system with BBA accreditation, giving a life expectancy in excess of 30 years.

Many organisations including local authorities, housing associations and building developers, have recognised the benefits and are now specifying this superior, neat, maintenance-free and cost effective gutter system.

Climax Roofline and Cladding is made from cellular PVC-UE containing no lead or CFC’s. The range is manufactured to be virtually impervious to weather, and to give a long life together with the assurance of being both environmentally friendly, and non-hazardous to health.

The whole product range has been thoroughly tested for colour fastness, stability and durability to prove that performance characteristics will be retained in service. Unlike wood, PVC-UE is also resistant to attack by termites and woodworm and its smooth surface discourages fungus and bacteria growth. The material is very resilient and tolerates everyday knocks and bumps extremely well.

Cellular inner core construction gives vastly better thermal performance compared to timber and many other conventional building materials, having a U value of between 0.06 and 0.1 W/MK.

Climax attention to detail means we always use fixings made of corrosion resistant stainless steel, and every plastic headed pin and nail is colour matched to give perfect finish and appearance.

There is a full range of shapes and sizes including Bull-nose and Square edged profiles, Shiplap, or decorative Scalloped edge designs, all of them in a variety of plain colours or foiled woodgrain providing an authentic wood textured look.

Ultraframes dedicated team of engineers have developed an aluminium roof system that offers innovations and technical advances beyond the scope of other roof systems. The conservatory roof system offers a choice of forged aluminium cresting and decorative finials, all powder coated with a high gloss polyester coat, that won’t fade, crack or warp – whatever the British weather throws at them.

Construction and design

All conservatories are built to comply with current building regulations, and have latest standards of quality insulation incorporated at floor level, and where applicable, the roof void to provide maximum thermal efficiency.
Roofs can have conventional eaves, or be upgraded to box gutter eaves incorporating external detailing such as decorative soffits and fascias.
