A conservatory can be a great addition to your home, it will add space and create a bright airy room. The conservatory needs to be the right design and be constructed correctly to not only achieve space and light, but also enhance the look of your property. For example, if the kitchen is at the back of the house, a conservatory that doubles up as a dining room or a breakfast room is ideal to be positioned off the kitchen area. If your living room faces the garden, a sun lounge could easily be added to enhance the use of the garden and get more light into your living area.

Guardian warm roof tile options
The Metrotile shingle
All of Metrotiles roofing products are fabricated from Aluzinc® – protected steel. Metrotiles textured finish provides added protection by embedding natural stone granules in an acrylic base-coat. A final clear acrylic over-glaze is applied before being cured.
This extremely durable UV- resistant coating enables Metrotile roofing products to withstand the harshest environments around the world. The shingles interlock into each other which eliminate lifting from the wind and also allows the roof to have a pitch as low as 10 degrees.
The Metrotile shingle textured-finish tile captures the subtle look and charm of low-profile traditional shingles. With its exceptional durability, a Metrotile Shingle roof offers superior performance and all the advantages of stone-coated steel. Metrotile shingle comes in a choice of natural weathered tones to recreate the usual appeal of timber, asphalt or fired-clay shingles.
The Tapco slate
For centuries homeowners have desired slate roofing due to its durability and beauty. With authentic surfaces and edges, Tapco Slate highlights the appealing character of slate whilst enhancing roof performance at the same time through its innovative design. Unlike natural slate Tapco slate won’t break or divide.
BBA certified Tapco slates are created with moulds cast from real slate to capture genuine peaks, plateaux and curves.
